Next Electronics LLC's warranty service terms, warranty-card requirements, repair and replacement procedures, and conditions outside warranty coverage.

Warranty service terms

During the warranty period, Next Electronics LLC will accept and repair, free of charge, any defect not caused by the customer's misuse. Warranty is granted only on the terms stated on this warranty card. The warranty card is valid only together with the original purchase receipt.

Lost or damaged warranty card

If the warranty card is lost or destroyed, warranty service cannot be provided. Next Electronics LLC is not obligated to reissue it. Transport costs of bringing the defective item to the service center and returning it are not covered. Please clean the appliance before bringing it in for service.

Warranty card requirements

The card must bear the seller's official stamp; product details (name, model, serial number, purchase date, customer and salesperson names) must be written legibly and completely. If the product is delivered, ensure the serial number and the seller's stamp are on the warranty card before signing for delivery.

Repair process

Products that can be repaired will not be exchanged, and refunds will not be issued — only free repair. When no parts are needed, the repair will complete within 1–14 days. When parts must be ordered from the manufacturer, the repair will complete within 30–90 days.

Product replacement

If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with the same model. If repair is not completed within the stated timeframe, the product will be replaced with the same model. If the product has been repaired 3 times, it will be replaced. If the same model is unavailable, it will be replaced with a product of equal value. When replacing an irreparable product, depreciation and usage-time deductions (including packaging) may be applied. The original warranty period transfers unchanged to the replacement — it is not reset or extended.

Conditions outside warranty coverage

Failure to follow the product's usage instructions; repair by an unauthorized service; damage from voltage fluctuations or non-spec power sources; mechanical damage from drops or impacts; software-caused issues; damage to accessories (remotes, cables, batteries, plugs, fridge bulbs, deodorizers, printer/copier toner, etc.); altered, removed, or unreadable warranty-card details; tampered seals; expired warranty; home/personal-use products used commercially; modified factory schematics; damage from foreign objects, liquids, or insects inside the product; damage caused by counterfeit consumables (cartridges, DVDs, VCDs, films, batteries, etc.).
