Step-by-step guidance on service and answers to common questions.

When should I book a repair?

Contact us immediately if you notice unusual sounds, excessive vibration, water leaks, overheating, or visible surface changes. The longer a defect persists, the more expensive repairs become — and other components may fail too.

Repair or replace?

If your appliance is more than 7 years old and the repair would cost over 50% of a new unit, replacement is usually more economical. Our engineers provide free advice on this decision.

Should I DIY?

Disassembling appliances yourself voids the manufacturer warranty and can be dangerous. Refrigerators and air conditioners that contain working gases must be serviced by a qualified technician.

Preventive care

Cleaning filters every 6 months and scheduling a full diagnostic every 3 years significantly extends appliance life. Next Service offers a semi-annual 'Arga' maintenance package.
